About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Care Executive to join our team. The role involves addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively across D2C website and issues of marketplace orders. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, proactive problem -solver, and skilled communicator who can uphold our brand’s reputation for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond and resolve promptly to customer queries and complaints via phone and email within the designated timeline.
  • Responsible to set up processes for the smooth functioning of customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of our product range to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Guide customers through product usage, features, and benefits effectively.
  • Optimal Utilization of internal tools to capture & manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Track and report recurring issues to improve customer service processes.
  • Effective Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve customer-related concerns effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years in customer service, preferably in the D2C space.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
