Returns & Cancellations
Requesting a Return:
- If you want to return a product you bought from Nasher Miles within 7 days, go to "My Account – My Orders" and request a return. Make sure to include pictures or videos.
Checking and Approving:
- Nasher Miles will check your request within 24 hours and let you know if it's approved. If your order has passed the order return date i.e., more than 7 days, you won't be able to return it.
Getting the Product Picked Up:
Once approved, Nasher Miles will arrange to pick up the product from your home. Please be ready for the pickup.
The stipulated time limit for the completion of the reverse pick-up process is 15 working days from the date of initiation of the pick-up request. We kindly request your patience during the aforementioned period. However, it is noted that for non-serviceable PIN codes, the designated timeframe may be subject to variations.
Checking the Product:
- After pickup, Nasher Miles will check the product within 7 working days. We will tell you if everything is okay. If it is, you'll get store credit or a refund.
- Make sure the product is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging with the tags intact.
- Products that have been changed or fixed by someone else won't be accepted.
- If you got a deal for buying multiple items, you can still return part of the order. Ask Customer Care for details.
- Don't forget to return the box and packaging. If you don't, we can deduct INR 100 per item from your refund.
Cancelling Before Shipping:
- You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped. Go to "My Account – My Orders" to cancel. You'll get a full refund for prepaid orders.
Cancelling After Shipping:
- If the product has been shipped, you can cancel, but you'll only get a refund once we get the product back.
Getting Your Money Back:
- Nasher Miles will refund your money after we get the product back. We will use the same method you used to pay, or we can give you store credit. Please allow 6-7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Wallet Credit/Instant Refund:
'Wallet credit' is like having money in your Nasher Miles account, which, although non-redeemable as cash, can be utilized exclusively for transactions on our website. Following the product pickup, customers are entitled to receive wallet credit instantly. The credits available in your wallet can be used for subsequent purchases.
Refunded amounts for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original mode of payment used during the initial purchase.
In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund transactions will be conducted to the customer's designated bank account. Customers are instructed to furnish their bank account details via WhatsApp chat or email for the requisite refund process.
Decisions by Nasher Miles:
- Nasher Miles gets the final say on damaged products and on giving wallet credit. The return and refund rules might change without prior intimation.
Remember, when you shop at www.nashermiles.com, you agree to follow these rules about returns and cancellations. Further, we reserve the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
