About the role
Performance Marketing Manager is very pivotal in driving our marketing Strategies through a data driven approach, leveraging analytics and creative methods to optimize our marketing efforts and maximize ROI. This role is closely accountable for the direct impact on revenue numbers and growth on the overall online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns across various E-Commerce & Quick-commerce marketplaces, including paid search, social media, and advertising.
- Analyse campaign performance and user data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Use these insights to refine strategies and drive better results
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Efficiently manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure optimal spend and achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Generate timely reports and dashboards on campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience for around 2- 4 years in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- A bachelor’s degree or any equivalent degree in Marketing is preferred
- Technical Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions that drive growth.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
