About the Role:
The HR Executive will be responsible for driving execution of HR initiatives, managing overall HR operations and stakeholders, and driving organizational objectives to enhance workforce excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Onboarding
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
HR Operations
- Managing the employee lifecycle and employee data Management
- Administering attendance and leave management, and admin responsibilities
- Responsible to drive and manage employee engagement initiatives
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, or other issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
Desired Skills & Education:
- Relevant Work Experience in HR & similar role of 1-4 years, with a strong understanding of HR Processes
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of job portals and multiple sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
- Excellent written & spoken communication
- Previous experience handling and managing data using MS Excel. Knowledge of Advanced Excel is preferred.
