At Nasher Miles, our creative is the brand. Every scroll-stopping reel, every product launch, every Harry Potter collaboration starts with design that makes people stop and look. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can do exactly that — and bring things to life with motion.
If you think in visuals, move comfortably between design and animation, and treat AI as a tool that makes you faster (not a shortcut that makes you lazy), we should talk.
What you'll do
- Design visuals for social media, our website, marketplaces, and marketing campaigns
- Bring ideas to life through animation and motion graphics — GIFs, reels, product videos, launch films
- Edit and optimise short-form video for Instagram, performance ads, and our D2C channels
- Use AI creative tools to speed up concepting, variations, and production without losing craft
- Partner with the marketing team to turn briefs into strong creative directions
- Keep our brand consistent and unmistakable across every touchpoin
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally in D2C, e-commerce, or brand
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Canva a plus)
- Hands-on animation & video skills — After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
- Comfortable using AI design/video tools in real work
- A portfolio that shows range — design and motion
- An eye for detail and a feel for what makes people stop scrolling
Nice to have
- Experience with a consumer or lifestyle brand
- Packaging or marketplace creative
- A sense of humour and a love for good travel content
