About the role:
You will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving high-performing sales to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Your strategic vision, influencing skills, and sales expertise will be crucial in driving our corporate sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to onboard new corporate clients, enhance client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive management and personalized service.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and implement strategies to address performance gaps.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth, ensuring our sales strategies remain relevant and competitive.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring terms are in alignment with the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and adjust strategies as needed based on performance data and market conditions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales with relevant industry experience is required.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients.
- Expertise in negotiating high-value contracts and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
