About the role:
The Cataloguing Executive will play a key role in creating, managing, and optimizing product listings across e-commerce platforms and the company's own website. This role ensures that product information is accurate, engaging, and designed to drive sales while maintaining consistency with the brand’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage detailed product listings, including descriptions, specifications,
and images, for online platforms, with an adherence to the brand guidelines.
• Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and updated regularly,
enhancing searchability & engagement
• Upload and maintain product listings on various online marketplaces such as
Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and others.
• Coordinate with teams such as marketing, design, and
supply chain to gather necessary information and assets for product cataloguing.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for catalog enhancements.
• Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution
Marketplace Management:
• Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart,
Myntra, Ajio, Tata cliq, JioMart, Nykaa, etc.
• Handle catalogue uploads, product descriptions, and image updates
• Create and manage A+ Content for enhanced product visibility and conversion
• Ensure marketplace compliance and optimize listings for better performance
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in cataloguing, with e-commerce platforms,
or digital marketing in preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart,
Myntra, Ajio, Tata cliq, JioMart, Nykaa, etc.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and ownership mindset
