About the role:
The Cataloguing Executive will play a key role in creating, managing, and optimizing product listings across e-commerce platforms and the company's own website. This role ensures that product information is accurate, engaging, and designed to drive sales while maintaining consistency with the brand’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed product listings, including descriptions, specifications, and images, for online platforms, with an adherence to the brand guidelines
- Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and updated regularly, enhancing searchability & engagement
- Upload and maintain product listings on various online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others.
- Responsible to conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and quality of product listings, including checking for missing or outdated information.
- Coordinate with teams such as marketing, design, and supply chain to gather necessary information and assets for product cataloguing.
- Track performance metrics of listings (e.g., views, clicks, conversions) and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for catalog enhancements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in cataloguing, with e-commerce platforms, or digital marketing in preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of SEO principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
